About
Carrie Demos is a Dance Educator and Pilates Instructor based out of New York, New York. A graduate of Colorado State University (B.A. in Performing Arts-Emphasis in Dance), The Kane School of Core Integration and The Foundations of Dance Education, Dance Education Laboratory at the 92nd St Y. Carrie specializes in Dance Education for Children and Pilates based strength and mobility training for adults. Carrie is an ABT Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT National Training Curriculum.
